Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 13, 2025

1. No Refunds on Digital Products or Services

All purchases made through MLM Code Lab for digital products (such as source code, downloadable tools, scripts, or digital resources) or custom development services are non-refundable. Once a product is delivered or access is granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. No Cancellations Allowed

Due to the nature of our digital services and immediate delivery, we do not allow cancellations once an order is placed and confirmed. Please be sure of your purchase before proceeding with the payment.

3. Exceptions (If Any)

If you are mistakenly charged more than once for the same order, we will verify and refund the duplicate payment.
If you paid and we are unable to deliver the product or service at all, a full refund will be processed.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of our terms. In such cases, your account may be suspended or permanently banned from using our services.
